The Hyvair AD03-P-03-2SC is a 3-station AD03 Series industry standard manifold with a relief cavity, machined from aluminum. It gives three D03 directional control valves a common mounting block with internal passages for pressure, tank and work flow.
A parallel circuit runs through the block. The pressure passage feeds all three stations at once, and the tank passage collects return oil from each of them. Each valve therefore receives supply pressure directly, and each station’s work ports serve their own actuator.
Building the valve bank on a manifold cuts the number of separate hose runs and fittings, since the main lines connect to the block once instead of to every valve.
The relief cavity accepts a relief valve. That valve opens to tank when system pressure reaches its setting, which limits pressure across the circuit. With the cavity built into the manifold, the relief sits right at the valve bank. The overall length of the AD03-P-03-2SC is 6.38 in. Valves must use the D03 mounting pattern to fit the stations.
