The Hyvair AD03-P-02-2SC is a 2-station AD03 Series industry standard manifold in aluminum with a relief cavity. It mounts two D03 directional control valves on one block and routes oil to both through internal passages.
Mounting valves on a manifold takes the place of the hoses and fittings each valve would need on its own. The pressure and tank lines connect once at the block, and each station has its own work ports for the actuator it controls.
The internal circuit is parallel. Both stations draw from the same pressure passage and return to the same tank passage, so each valve receives supply pressure directly and can operate its function independently of the other.
The relief cavity is a machined pocket that accepts a relief valve. A relief valve limits system pressure by opening to tank when pressure reaches its setting, and placing it in the manifold keeps that protection at the valve bank rather than in a separate line-mounted housing. This manifold is 4.25 in long. It accepts valves with the D03 mounting pattern.
Before ordering, confirm you need two stations, that 4.25 in fits your layout, and that your valves use the D03 interface.
