D03 Industry Standard Aluminum Manifold – 1 Station – AD03-P-01-2S

The Hyvair AD03-P-01-2S is a 1-station AD03 Series industry standard manifold machined from aluminum. It provides a mounting surface for one D03 directional control valve and carries the oil between the valve and the rest of the circuit through passages drilled inside the block.

A manifold replaces the separate hoses and fittings a line-mounted valve would need. The valve bolts to the top face, and the pressure, tank and work lines connect to ports on the block. On a single-station manifold, that gives one valve a fixed, organized mounting point.

The circuit is parallel. In a parallel manifold, the pressure (P) passage feeds the valve station directly from the supply, and the tank (T) passage returns oil straight to tank. The valve’s A and B work ports then connect to the cylinder or motor it controls.

Overall length is 2.13 in. The block is sized for the D03 valve pattern, so any valve you plan to mount must use that interface.
