The Hyvair MD03-8S-8AB-12PT-S is an 8-station D03 standard manifold in steel from the MD03 Series. It provides eight mounting positions for D03 directional control valves on one block. Ratings are 5 gpm nominal flow and 5000 psi maximum pressure. Size your circuit so both flow and pressure stay within those figures.
The A and B work ports are #8 SAE with 3/4-16 threads, one pair at each station for its actuator. The P and T ports are #12 SAE with 1-1/16-12 threads and connect the manifold to the pressure supply and the tank return.
The circuit is parallel. One pressure passage feeds all eight stations, and one tank passage collects return oil from each. Each valve receives supply pressure directly, so the eight functions can run independently of one another.
Overall length is 19.05 in. With eight valves on one manifold, the main pressure and tank lines connect once rather than at every valve, which cuts down on separate hoses and fittings.
