The Hyvair MD03-7S-8AB-12PT-S is an MD03 Series standard steel manifold with 7 stations for D03 valves. It is rated for 5 gpm nominal flow and 5,000 psi maximum pressure, with #8 SAE A and B ports and #12 SAE P and T ports.
The S at the end of the part number marks the steel version. This manifold is machined from steel and carries a 5,000 psi maximum pressure rating.
Seven stations let you mount up to seven D03 directional valves on one block. Internal passages carry pressure and tank oil to every station, so the valves share a supply and return instead of each needing its own subplate. The manifold is a parallel circuit. Every station is fed from the same pressure passage and returns to the same tank passage, which lets each valve operate independently.
The A and B work ports at each station are #8 SAE, a 3/4-16 thread. The P and T ports are #12 SAE, a 1-1/16-12 thread. Select fittings rated for the system pressure.
Overall length is 16.92 in. Plan the mounting space for the full block plus the valves, and keep flow within the 5 gpm nominal rating.
