The Hyvair MD03-5S-8AB-12PT-S is a 5-station D03 standard manifold machined from steel. It is part of the MD03 Series and provides five mounting positions for D03 directional control valves. The manifold is rated for 5 gpm nominal flow and 5000 psi maximum pressure. Nominal flow is the flow the internal passages are sized for, and the steel body carries the 5000 psi rating.
Each station has #8 SAE A and B work ports with 3/4-16 threads for its actuator. The P and T ports are #12 SAE with 1-1/16-12 threads and connect the block to the pressure supply and the tank return.
The circuit is parallel. A shared pressure passage feeds all five stations, and a shared tank passage returns oil from each one. Every valve gets supply pressure directly, so the five functions can operate independently.
Mounting five valves on a single manifold replaces the separate hoses and fittings each valve would need if it were mounted in line. The pressure and tank lines connect at the block once.
Before ordering, confirm that your valves use the D03 mounting pattern, that your circuit stays within 5 gpm and 5000 psi, and that #8 and #12 SAE fittings suit your hose or tube sizes.
