The Hyvair MD03-4S-8AB-12PT-S is a 4-station D03 standard manifold in steel from the MD03 Series. It mounts four D03 directional control valves on a single block.
Ratings are 5 gpm nominal flow and 5000 psi maximum pressure. Nominal flow is the flow the passages are sized for, and 5000 psi is the highest pressure the steel block is rated to carry.
Porting follows the 8AB-12PT layout. The A and B work ports at each station are #8 SAE with 3/4-16 threads, and the P and T ports are #12 SAE with 1-1/16-12 threads. The work ports run to each actuator, while the P and T ports connect to the pressure supply and tank return.
The circuit is parallel. The pressure passage feeds all four stations at once, and the tank passage takes return oil from each. Each valve receives supply pressure directly and can run its function on its own. Overall length is 10.53 in. Four valves on one manifold means the main lines connect once instead of at every valve.
