The Hyvair MD03-2S-8AB-12PT-S is a 2-station D03 standard manifold in steel from the MD03 Series. It mounts two D03 directional control valves on one block. Ratings are 5 gpm nominal flow and 5000 psi maximum pressure. Nominal flow is the flow the internal passages are sized to carry, and 5000 psi is the top of the pressure rating.
Each station has #8 SAE A and B work ports with 3/4-16 threads for its actuator. The P and T ports are #12 SAE with 1-1/16-12 threads, sized larger to carry the supply and return flow for the block.
The circuit is parallel. Both stations draw from the same pressure passage and return through the same tank passage, so each valve receives supply pressure directly and can run its function independently.
Overall length is 6.27 in. Mounting both valves on one manifold means the pressure and tank lines connect once, which reduces the number of separate hoses and fittings in the circuit.
