The Hyvair MD03-1S-8AB-12PT-S is a 1-station D03 standard manifold made of steel. It is part of the MD03 Series and gives one D03 directional control valve a mounting block with internal passages for pressure, tank and work flow. The steel body is rated for 5000 psi maximum pressure. Nominal flow is 5 gpm, which is the flow the passages are sized to carry.
The A and B work ports are #8 SAE with 3/4-16 threads and run to the actuator. The P and T ports are #12 SAE with 1-1/16-12 threads and connect the block to the pressure supply and the tank return.
The circuit is parallel, with the station fed directly from the pressure passage and returned directly to tank. Overall length is 4.14 in.
A single-station manifold gives one valve a fixed, organized mounting point and takes the place of the separate fittings a line-mounted valve would need.
