The Hyvair MD03-8S-8AB-10PT is an MD03 Series standard aluminum manifold with 8 stations for D03 valves. It is rated for 5 gpm nominal flow and 3,000 psi maximum pressure, with #8 SAE A and B ports and #10 SAE P and T ports.
Up to eight D03 directional valves mount on this one block. Pressure and tank oil reach each station through internal passages, which replaces separate subplates and the plumbing that would connect them.
The manifold is a parallel circuit design. Each station draws from the same pressure passage and drains to the same tank passage, so every valve can be operated independently.
The port sizes are coded in the part number as 8AB and 10PT. The A and B work ports are #8 SAE, a 3/4-16 thread. The P and T ports are #10 SAE, a 7/8-14 thread. Larger ports accept larger fittings and hose, so choose this version when your plumbing calls for those sizes.
