The Hyvair MD03-8S-6AB-8PT is an 8 station MD03 Series standard aluminum manifold for D03 valves. It is rated for 5 gpm nominal flow and 3,000 psi maximum pressure, with #6 SAE A and B ports and #8 SAE P and T ports.
This manifold holds up to eight D03 directional valves on one block. Internal passages deliver pressure and tank oil to every station, so the valves share a single supply and return instead of each needing its own subplate and hoses.
The circuit is parallel. All eight stations take oil from the same pressure passage and return it to the same tank passage, which allows each valve to operate on its own.
Work ports A and B at each station are #6 SAE with a 9/16-18 thread. The common P and T ports are #8 SAE with a 3/4-16 thread. Choose SAE straight thread fittings to match.
The block is aluminum with an overall length of 19.05 in. Plan the mounting area for the full length plus the valves. Stay within the 5 gpm nominal flow rating and the 3,000 psi maximum pressure. Port sizes are coded in the part number: 6AB for the #6 work ports and 8PT for the #8 pressure and tank ports. Compare them against your fittings before ordering.
