The Hyvair MD03-7S-6AB-8PT is an MD03 Series standard aluminum manifold with 7 stations for D03 valves. Ratings are 5 gpm nominal flow and 3,000 psi maximum pressure. The A and B ports are #6 SAE, and the P and T ports are #8 SAE.
With seven stations, this block can carry up to seven D03 directional valves. Pressure and tank oil reach every station through passages inside the manifold, which takes the place of separate subplates and the hoses that would connect them.
The manifold uses a parallel circuit. Every station is fed from the same pressure passage and drains to the same tank passage, so each valve can operate independently of the others.
Each station’s A and B work ports are #6 SAE, a 9/16-18 thread. The P and T ports are #8 SAE, a 3/4-16 thread, and they carry the shared supply and return for all seven stations.
