The Hyvair MD03-7S-8AB-10PT is a 7-station D03 standard manifold machined from aluminum. Part of the MD03 Series, it mounts seven D03 directional control valves on one block. It is rated for 5 gpm nominal flow and 3000 psi maximum pressure. Size your circuit to stay inside both ratings.
The A and B work ports are #8 SAE with 3/4-16 threads, one pair at each station for its actuator. The P and T ports are #10 SAE with 7/8-14 threads and connect the manifold to the pressure supply and the tank return.
The circuit is parallel. A shared pressure passage feeds all seven stations, and a shared tank passage returns oil from each. Every valve gets supply pressure directly, so each of the seven functions can operate on its own.
Overall length is 16.92 in. Grouping seven valves on a single manifold replaces the separate hose runs and fittings they would need if mounted individually.
