The Hyvair MD03-6S-8AB-10PT is a 6-station D03 standard manifold in aluminum from the MD03 Series. It provides six positions for D03 directional control valves on a single block.
Ratings are 5 gpm nominal flow and 3000 psi maximum pressure. Nominal flow is the flow the internal passages are sized for, and 3000 psi is the top of the pressure rating.
The A and B work ports are #8 SAE with 3/4-16 threads, and the P and T ports are #10 SAE with 7/8-14 threads. The A and B ports at each station connect to its actuator, while the P and T ports connect to the pressure supply and tank return.
Inside, the circuit is parallel. The pressure passage feeds all six stations, and the tank passage takes return oil from each. Each valve receives supply pressure directly and can run its function independently.
The MD03-6S-8AB-10PT measures 14.79 in long. Six valves on one manifold means the main lines connect once rather than at every valve. Before ordering, check that your valves use the D03 pattern and that #8 and #10 SAE fittings suit your hose or tube sizes.
