The Hyvair MD03-6S-6AB-8PT is a 6-station D03 standard manifold machined from aluminum. It is part of the MD03 Series and mounts six D03 directional control valves on one block. The manifold is rated for 5 gpm nominal flow and 3000 psi maximum pressure. Keep your circuit within both figures.
The A and B work ports are #6 SAE with 9/16-18 threads, and the P and T ports are #8 SAE with 3/4-16 threads. Each station’s A and B ports feed its own actuator, and the P and T ports connect the block to the pressure supply and the tank return.
The circuit is parallel. A common pressure passage supplies all six stations, and a common tank passage collects their return oil. Every valve sees supply pressure directly, so the six functions can operate independently.
Overall length is 14.79 in. Building six valves onto one manifold cuts down on the separate hoses and fittings each valve would otherwise need.
