The Hyvair MD03-5S-6AB-8PT is a 5-station D03 standard manifold machined from aluminum. Part of the MD03 Series, it mounts five D03 directional control valves on one block. It is rated for 5 gpm nominal flow and 3000 psi maximum pressure. Size your circuit to stay inside both ratings.
The A and B work ports are #6 SAE with 9/16-18 threads, and the P and T ports are #8 SAE with 3/4-16 threads. Each station’s work ports run to its own actuator, while the P and T ports connect the block to the pressure supply and the tank return.
The circuit is parallel. A shared pressure passage feeds all five stations, and a shared tank passage returns oil from each. Every valve receives supply pressure directly, so the five functions operate independently.
Overall length is 12.66 in. Grouping five valves on a manifold replaces the separate hose runs and fittings that line-mounted valves would need.
