The Hyvair MD03-4S-8AB-10PT is a 4-station D03 standard manifold in aluminum from the MD03 Series. It provides four mounting positions for D03 directional control valves on one block.
Ratings are 5 gpm nominal flow and 3000 psi maximum pressure. Nominal flow is the flow the internal passages are sized for, and 3000 psi is the top of the pressure rating.
The A and B work ports are #8 SAE with 3/4-16 threads, and the P and T ports are #10 SAE with 7/8-14 threads. Each station’s A and B ports connect to its actuator, and the P and T ports connect the block to the pressure supply and the tank return.
Inside, the circuit is parallel. A common pressure passage feeds all four stations, and a common tank passage collects return oil from each. Every valve gets supply pressure directly and can run its function independently. The block measures 10.53 in long. Four valves on one manifold means the main lines connect once instead of at every valve.
Before ordering, check that your valves use the D03 pattern and that #8 and #10 SAE fittings suit your hose or tube sizes.
