The Hyvair MD03-3S-8AB-10PT is a 3-station D03 standard manifold in aluminum from the MD03 Series. It provides three mounting positions for D03 directional control valves on one block.
Ratings are 5 gpm nominal flow and 3000 psi maximum pressure. Nominal flow is the flow the internal passages are sized to carry, and 3000 psi is the top of the pressure rating.
Each station has #8 SAE A and B work ports with 3/4-16 threads for its actuator. The P and T ports are #10 SAE with 7/8-14 threads, connecting the block to the pressure supply and the tank return.
Inside, the circuit is parallel. A common pressure passage feeds all three stations, and a common tank passage collects return oil from each. Every valve gets supply pressure directly, so the three functions can run independently.
The MD03-3S-8AB-10PT measures 8.40 in long. Grouping three valves on one manifold replaces the separate hose runs and fittings they would need if mounted individually. Before ordering, check that your valves use the D03 pattern, that 8.40 in fits your layout, and that #8 and #10 SAE fittings suit your hose or tube sizes.
