The Hyvair MD03-3S-6AB-8PT is a 3 station MD03 Series standard aluminum manifold for D03 valves. It has a nominal flow rating of 5 gpm, a maximum pressure of 3,000 psi, #6 SAE A and B ports, and #8 SAE P and T ports.
This manifold lets you mount three D03 directional valves on a single block. Internal passages carry pressure and tank oil to each station, so the valves do not need separate subplates or individual supply hoses.
The circuit is parallel. All three stations draw from the same pressure passage and return to the same tank passage, which lets each valve operate on its own.
Each station has its own A and B work ports, sized #6 SAE with a 9/16-18 thread. The common P and T ports are #8 SAE with a 3/4-16 thread. Select fittings to match these SAE straight thread ports.
The aluminum block is 8.40 in long. Plan the mounting space for the block and the three valves it will carry. Keep the circuit within the 5 gpm nominal flow rating and the 3,000 psi maximum pressure rating. If the circuit needs more or fewer valve positions, the station count is the number to change, and it is shown in the part number as 3S.
