The Hyvair MD03-2S-8AB-10PT is a 2-station D03 standard manifold machined from aluminum. Part of the MD03 Series, it mounts two D03 directional control valves on a single block. It carries a 5 gpm nominal flow rating and a 3000 psi maximum pressure rating. Size your circuit to stay inside both figures.
The A and B work ports are #8 SAE with 3/4-16 threads, one pair at each station for its actuator. The P and T ports are #10 SAE with 7/8-14 threads and connect the manifold to the pressure supply and the tank return.
The circuit is parallel. Both stations draw from the same pressure passage and return to the same tank passage, so each valve receives supply pressure directly and can operate its function independently.
Overall length is 6.27 in. Mounting two valves on one block means the pressure and tank lines connect once, which cuts down on separate hoses and fittings compared with mounting each valve in line.
