The Hyvair MD03-2S-6AB-8PT is an MD03 Series standard aluminum manifold with 2 stations for D03 valves. It is rated for a nominal flow of 5 gpm and a maximum pressure of 3,000 psi, with #6 SAE A and B ports and #8 SAE P and T ports.
A standard manifold provides a mounting block for directional valves. Each of the two stations carries a D03 mounting pattern, and the block routes pressure and tank oil to both stations through internal passages. That reduces the number of hoses and fittings between valves.
The manifold is built as a parallel circuit. Both stations share the same pressure and tank passages, so each valve can be operated without changing the flow available to the other.
The A and B work ports are #6 SAE, which is a 9/16-18 thread. The P and T ports are #8 SAE, a 3/4-16 thread. The larger P and T ports carry the shared pressure and return flow for both stations.
The block is aluminum and measures 6.27 in long. Keep system flow within the 5 gpm nominal rating and system pressure at or below 3,000 psi. Confirm the station count and port sizes against your fittings before ordering.
