The Hyvair MD03-1S-8AB-10PT is a 1-station D03 standard manifold in aluminum from the MD03 Series. It gives a single D03 directional control valve a mounting block with internal passages for pressure, tank and work flow. Ratings are 5 gpm nominal flow and 3000 psi maximum pressure. Keep your circuit within both figures.
The A and B work ports are #8 SAE with 3/4-16 threads, and the P and T ports are #10 SAE with 7/8-14 threads. The A and B ports connect to the actuator, and the P and T ports connect to the pressure supply and the tank return.
The circuit is parallel, so the station draws directly from the pressure passage and returns directly to tank. The block measures 4.14 in long.
A single-station manifold gives one valve a fixed, organized mounting point and takes the place of the separate fittings a line-mounted valve would need.
Before ordering, confirm that your valve uses the D03 mounting pattern and that #8 and #10 SAE fittings suit your hose or tube sizes.
