The Hyvair MD03-1S-8AB-10PT-C is a 1-station D03 standard manifold in aluminum with a relief cavity. It is part of the MD03 Series and mounts one D03 directional control valve.
The manifold is rated for 5 gpm nominal flow and 3000 psi maximum pressure. Nominal flow is the flow its passages are sized to carry, and 3000 psi is the top of its pressure rating.
The relief cavity is a machined pocket that accepts a relief valve. A relief valve opens to tank when pressure reaches its setting, limiting system pressure right at the manifold instead of in a separate line-mounted housing.
