The Hyvair MD03-1S-6AB-8PT is a 1-station D03 standard manifold from the MD03 Series, machined from aluminum. It provides one mounting position for a D03 directional control valve, with internal passages that connect the valve to the rest of the circuit.
The manifold is rated for a nominal flow of 5 gpm and a maximum pressure of 3000 psi. Nominal flow is the flow the passages are sized to carry, and 3000 psi is the top of the pressure rating.
The part number describes the porting. The A and B work ports are #6 SAE with 9/16-18 threads, and the P and T ports are a size larger at #8 SAE with 3/4-16 threads. The work ports run to the actuator, while the P and T ports connect to the pressure supply and tank return.
