The Hyvair A10VSO140DFR/31R-PKD62-N00 is a variable displacement axial piston pump from the A10V140 Series, fitted with a volume stop. It has a maximum speed of 1,800 rpm and a maximum torque rating of 623 Nm (5,514 in-lbs).
Pistons in a rotating cylinder block stroke against a swashplate, and the angle of the plate sets displacement per revolution. The volume stop limits that angle, so you can cap maximum flow when the circuit needs less than full displacement. The drive shaft specification lists flow adjustment.
Mounting is a 4-bolt SAE D flange with a 1-3/4 in diameter keyed shaft, 2.56 in long, with a 0.438 in key. The four bolt pattern spreads the load of a large pump across the mounting face. Ports are on the side: a 2-1/2 in SAE Code 61 flange inlet, a 1-1/4 in SAE Code 62 flange outlet and a #6 female SAE case drain. The outlet uses the heavier Code 62 flange pattern.
