The Hyvair A10VSO45DFR/52R-PUC62-N00 is an A10V45 Series mobile hydraulic axial piston pump with a volume stop. It is rated for a maximum speed of 2,600 rpm and a flow of 21.4 gpm, and it uses a 2-bolt SAE B mount with a 13 tooth splined drive shaft.
The pump is a variable displacement, swashplate design. Changing the swashplate angle changes how far the pistons travel, which changes the pump’s output flow. The volume stop sets a mechanical limit on that displacement, so maximum flow can be held below the pump’s full output when the circuit needs less.
The drive shaft is a 13 tooth spline with a 16/32 diametral pitch, mounted through a 2-bolt SAE B flange. Maximum torque is 200 Nm (1,770 in-lbs). Check the coupling and the drive’s torque output against these figures.
Porting is on the side of the pump. The inlet is a 1-1/2 in SAE Code 61 flange, the outlet is a 1 in SAE Code 61 flange, and the case drain is a #6 female port.
Route the case drain to tank with as little restriction as possible. Confirm the shaft spline, flange and port sizes against the drive and plumbing before ordering. Check that the drive speed does not exceed the 2,600 rpm maximum.
