The Hyvair PCP8-3K-2AS-2 is a PCP8 Series industrial piston pump rated for 7.8 gpm at a maximum speed of 1800 rpm. It works across a pressure range of 500 to 3000 psi, with a maximum pressure of 3000 psi. This is the splined shaft version, part number PCP8-3K-2AS-2.
The pump mounts on a 2 bolt SAE A flange and is driven through a 9 tooth, 16/32 DP splined shaft. The spline slides into a matching internal spline coupling or drive adapter, so confirm that your drive side uses the same 9 tooth, 16/32 DP profile.
The inlet is a 1 in SAE Code 61 flange and the outlet is a 3/4 in SAE Code 61 flange. The case drain is a #6 female SAE port. The case drain carries oil from the pump housing back to the reservoir.
The control type is standard. As the shaft turns, the pistons inside the pump draw oil in through the inlet and push it out through the outlet, delivering the rated 7.8 gpm at full speed.
