The Hyvair PCP8-3K-2AK-2AS-RC is an industrial piston pump in the PCP8 Series with a remote compensator and a rear coupling. It is rated for 7.8 gpm at a maximum speed of 1800 rpm, with a pressure range of 500 to 3000 psi and a maximum pressure of 3000 psi. This is part number PCP8-3K-2AK-2AS-RC.
The remote compensator lets the pump’s pressure setting be adjusted away from the pump. The setting can be changed without reaching the pump itself.
The front mount is a 2 bolt SAE A flange with a 3/4 in diameter keyed shaft, 1.67 in long, with a 3/16 in key. Flow adjustment is included, so output can be set below the full 7.8 gpm.
The rear coupling is a 2 bolt SAE A pattern with a 9 tooth, 16/32 DP spline. It lets a second pump mount behind this one and run from the same drive, which builds a double pump from one motor.
