The Hyvair PCP8-3K-2AK-2AS-2 is a PCP8 Series industrial piston pump with a rear coupling. It is rated for 7.8 gpm at a maximum speed of 1800 rpm, with a pressure range of 500 to 3000 psi and a maximum pressure of 3000 psi. This is part number PCP8-3K-2AK-2AS-2.
At the front, the pump mounts on a 2 bolt SAE A flange with a 3/4 in diameter keyed shaft, 1.67 in long, with a 3/16 in key. Flow adjustment is included, so output can be set below the full 7.8 gpm.
At the rear, a 2 bolt SAE A coupling with a 9 tooth, 16/32 DP spline lets a second pump mount behind this one and run from the same drive. That builds a double pump from one motor.
Porting uses a 1 in SAE Code 61 flange inlet and a 3/4 in SAE Code 61 flange outlet, with a #6 female SAE case drain. The case drain carries oil from the pump housing back to the tank. The control type is standard.
