The Hyvair PCP4-3K-2AK-3 is a PCP4 Series industrial piston pump rated for 3.8 gpm at a maximum speed of 1800 rpm. It has a pressure range of 500 to 3000 psi and a maximum pressure of 3000 psi. A piston pump uses pistons driven by the rotating shaft to move oil from the inlet to the outlet under pressure. This is part number PCP4-3K-2AK-3.
The pump mounts on a 2 bolt SAE A flange. Its 3/4 in diameter keyed shaft is 1.67 in long and uses a 3/16 in key to drive through a matching keyed coupling.
Flow adjustment is built in. You can set output below the full 3.8 gpm when the circuit calls for slower actuator speed, without changing the pump or its drive.
Plumbing is through female SAE ports: a #12 inlet, a #8 outlet and a #6 case drain. The case drain returns oil from the pump housing to the tank. The control type is standard.
