The Hyvair PCP21-3K-2BK-2 is an industrial piston pump from the PCP21 Series, rated for 21.5 gpm at a maximum speed of 1800 rpm. It has a pressure range of 500 to 3000 psi and a maximum pressure of 3000 psi. This is part number PCP21-3K-2BK-2.
The pump mounts on a 2 bolt SAE B flange. Its drive shaft is 7/8 in diameter and 2.125 in long with a 1/4 in key, which drives through a matching keyed coupling half on the motor or engine side.
Flow adjustment is built in. Output can be set below the full 21.5 gpm when the circuit needs slower actuator speed, without changing the pump or its drive. The control type is standard.
The inlet is a 1 in SAE Code 61 flange and the outlet is a 3/4 in SAE Code 61 flange. The case drain is a #6 female SAE port, which carries oil from the pump housing back to the tank.
