The Hyvair PCP16-3K-2BK-LS is an industrial piston pump in the PCP16 Series with load sensing control. It is rated for 16.6 gpm at a maximum speed of 1800 rpm, with a pressure range of 500 to 3000 psi and a maximum pressure of 3000 psi. This is part number PCP16-3K-2BK-LS.
A load sensing control adjusts pump output to the pressure and flow the load calls for. Instead of holding full flow at all times, the pump responds to the demand signal from the circuit and delivers what the actuators need at that moment.
The pump mounts on a 2 bolt SAE B flange. The drive shaft is 7/8 in diameter and 2.125 in long with a 1/4 in key, and it drives through a matching keyed coupling half on the motor or engine side.
