The Hyvair PCP10-3K-2AK-2P2F is a PCP10 Series industrial piston pump with two pressure, two flow control. It is rated for 10 gpm at a maximum speed of 1800 rpm, with a pressure range of 500 to 3000 psi and a maximum pressure of 3000 psi. This is part number PCP10-3K-2AK-2P2F.
The two pressure, two flow control gives the pump two pressure settings and two flow settings. One pump can then run at two operating conditions within its 500 to 3000 psi range and 10 gpm rating.
The pump mounts on a 2 bolt SAE A flange. Its drive shaft is 3/4 in diameter and 1.67 in long with a 3/16 in key, and it drives through a matching keyed coupling half on the motor side. Flow adjustment is included in the mounting configuration.
A piston pump converts shaft rotation into hydraulic flow. As the shaft turns, pistons draw oil in from the inlet side and push it out to the outlet side, delivering the rated 10 gpm at full speed.
