The Hyvair PCP10-3K-2AS-2 is a PCP10 Series industrial piston pump rated for 10 gpm at a maximum speed of 1800 rpm. It has a pressure range of 500 to 3000 psi and a maximum pressure of 3000 psi. This is the splined shaft version, part number PCP10-3K-2AS-2.
The pump mounts on a 2 bolt SAE A flange and is driven through a 9 tooth, 16/32 DP splined shaft. The spline slides into a matching internal spline coupling or drive adapter and shares the drive load across its teeth. Confirm that your drive side matches the 9 tooth, 16/32 DP profile.
Porting uses a 1 in SAE Code 61 flange inlet and a 3/4 in SAE Code 61 flange outlet. The case drain is a #6 female SAE port. The case drain carries oil from the pump housing back to the reservoir.
The control type is standard. Inside the pump, pistons driven by the rotating shaft draw oil in through the inlet and push it out through the outlet, delivering the rated 10 gpm at full speed.
