The Hyvair A10VSO100DFR/31R-PSC62-N00 is a variable displacement axial piston pump from the A10V100 Series with a volume stop. It delivers 47.5 gpm, runs at up to 2,000 rpm and has a maximum torque rating of 445 Nm (3,939 in-lbs).
The pump uses a swashplate design. Pistons in a rotating cylinder block stroke against an angled plate, and the plate angle sets how much oil each revolution delivers. The volume stop limits that angle, so maximum flow can be capped to suit the circuit.
This version mounts on a 2-bolt SAE C flange with a 17 tooth, 12/24 DP splined drive shaft. A splined shaft engages a matching coupling or gearbox output directly, with no separate key. Ports are on the side of the housing: a 2-1/2 in SAE Code 61 flange inlet, a 1-1/4 in SAE Code 62 flange outlet and a #6 female SAE case drain. The outlet uses the heavier Code 62 flange pattern, so plan Code 62 hardware for that connection.
The specifications list no through drive for this model. Pressure rating, shaft rotation, control settings and seal material are not covered here. Confirm them against your circuit or the pump you are replacing before ordering, and check that your drive can supply the listed torque and speed.
