The Hyvair A10VSO100DFR/31R-PKC62-N00 is a variable displacement axial piston pump from the A10V100 Series, fitted with a volume stop. It is rated for 47.5 gpm, with a maximum speed of 2,000 rpm and a maximum torque of 445 Nm (3,939 in-lbs).
Inside, pistons in a rotating cylinder block stroke against a swashplate. The plate angle sets displacement per revolution, and the volume stop limits that angle so you can cap maximum flow below full displacement. The drive shaft specification lists flow adjustment.
The pump mounts on a 2-bolt SAE C flange and drives through a 1-1/2 in diameter keyed shaft, 2.05 in long, with a 3/8 in key. All service ports are on the side of the housing. The inlet is a 2-1/2 in SAE Code 61 flange, the outlet is a 1-1/4 in SAE Code 62 flange and the case drain is a #6 female SAE port. Code 62 is the heavier, higher pressure SAE flange pattern, so the outlet needs Code 62 flange hardware rather than Code 61.
