The A10V100 Piston Pump is a high-performance axial piston unit engineered for demanding mobile and industrial hydraulic systems. Built on a swashplate variable design (A10VSO), it delivers up to 47.5 GPM at 1800 RPM with a robust 4000 PSI rating and integral volume stop, providing efficient, controllable flow for high-duty cycles and heavy loads.

Equipped with DFR pressure and flow control, this pump offers precise, automatic adjustment to system demand, helping reduce heat, save energy, and protect downstream components. Its 90-degree (31) configuration allows compact installation in tight equipment layouts, while the clockwise (R) rotation matches common prime mover setups.

Designed for durability in harsh environments, the A10V100 features Buna-N (P) seals for reliable performance with standard hydraulic fluids and long service life. The K configuration provides a 2-bolt SAE C mounting flange with a 1-1/2″ diameter keyed shaft (2.05″ long with 3/8″ key) and flow adjustment, simplifying integration with existing drives and enabling fine-tuning of pump output.

For easy plumbing and reduced installation time, the pump uses side porting (62) with heavy-duty SAE flanges: a 2-1/2″ SAE Code 61 inlet, 1-1/4″ SAE Code 62 outlet, and #6 female SAE case drain. These high-integrity connections support high-pressure, high-flow operation while minimizing leakage and ensuring reliable service in continuous-duty applications.
