The Hyvair G1.9-2AAK-3 is an external gear pump in the G Series, rated for 1.9 gpm. It carries a 4,000 psi maximum pressure rating and a 4,000 rpm maximum speed. Meshing gears trap oil against the housing and carry it to the outlet, giving fixed displacement for each turn of the shaft.
The pump uses an SAE AA, 2 bolt mount with a 1/2 in diameter keyed shaft and a .125 in wide square key. Confirm that your motor or adapter is set up for SAE AA before you order.
Ports are SAE straight thread. The inlet is a #8 port, 3/4-16 thread, and the outlet is a #6 port, 9/16-18 thread. A full size, short suction line helps the pump fill at higher speeds.
Since flow is tied to shaft speed, running below 4,000 rpm gives proportionally less than 1.9 gpm. Keep the relief valve at or below 4,000 psi.
The G1.9-2AAK-3 is the largest pump in the SAE AA 2 in, 0.5 to 2 gpm gear pump category. It gives you the most flow available in this compact mount while keeping the same 4,000 psi pressure rating as the smaller sizes.
