The HYVAIR A1045 Series Piston Pump is a 21 GPM inline, variable-displacement unit engineered for demanding hydraulic systems requiring consistent power and precise control. Built on a swashplate design (A10VSO), it delivers up to 4000 PSI with a volume stop, making it ideal for applications where reliable high-pressure output and adjustable flow are critical. Operating at 21 GPM at 1800 RPM, this pump provides efficient performance while helping optimize system energy use.

Configured with pressure and flow control (DFR), the A1045 pump allows you to fine-tune output to match load requirements, improving system responsiveness and reducing heat generation and wear. The pump is set up for clockwise rotation and uses durable Buna-N seals to provide dependable sealing performance with common hydraulic fluids.

The mechanical interface features a 2-bolt SAE BB mount with a 1″ diameter keyed shaft (1.375″ long with 1/4″ key), supporting secure, straightforward coupling to your drive source. Side porting (code 62) and robust SAE Code 61 flanges simplify plumbing and installation: the inlet uses a 1 1/2″ SAE Code 61 flange, the outlet a 1″ SAE Code 61 flange, and the case drain a #6 female SAE connection. This configuration supports clean, leak-resistant connections in compact or space-limited layouts.
