The Hyvair PCV3-1K-2AK-1 is a compact, 3 GPM variable-displacement, pressure-compensated vane pump engineered for efficient, low-noise operation in both mobile and industrial hydraulic systems. Designed to deliver dependable performance up to 2,000 PSI, it features a direct spring-operated compensator that eliminates the need for a separate system relief valve, simplifying circuit design and reducing component costs.

This PCV3 series pump uses max volume stops to limit displacement, helping optimize energy use and reduce heat generation in continuous-duty applications. Its SAE-A 2‑bolt mounting with a 1/2″ diameter keyed shaft (1.42″ long with 1/8″ key) allows straightforward integration into existing power units and OEM equipment.

All ports are female NPT for easy plumbing: a 1/2″ inlet, 3/8″ outlet, and 1/4″ case drain provide flexible connection options while maintaining secure, leak-resistant joints.
