The Zinga TF153000 is a TF Series hydraulic suction strainer rated for 32 gpm with 100 mesh standard media. It goes on the pump inlet side and screens out large debris before the fluid reaches the pump.
The strainer installs on a 3 in NPT male thread and has a 1-1/2 in NPTF outlet port. The hex size is 2.5 in, the wrench size used to install and remove it.
Overall length is 8.7 in, the fitting length is 1.5 in, and the cover diameter is 3.2 in. Confirm these dimensions against your mounting location before ordering.
A 100 mesh screen has 100 openings per linear inch. On a suction line, that coarse grade keeps larger particles out while holding restriction low, which matters because a restricted inlet can starve the pump. Size the strainer so its 32 gpm rating covers your pump’s flow.
Operating temperature is rated up to 250°F. Check and clean the strainer at regular intervals so collected debris does not build up and restrict flow to the pump.
