The Zinga TF Series externally mounted hydraulic tank strainer is engineered to provide reliable suction-side filtration for high-flow hydraulic systems by preventing large particulate contaminants from entering the pump inlet. Designed for industrial, manufacturing, agricultural, construction, mobile, and OEM applications, the TF Series mounts externally to the hydraulic reservoir, allowing for fast inspection, cleaning, and servicing without draining the tank. Featuring a durable 100-mesh (149-micron) stainless steel screen, the TF Series provides dependable coarse filtration by capturing larger debris before it can damage hydraulic pumps and downstream components. The reusable stainless steel screen offers excellent corrosion resistance, long service life, and consistent filtration performance in demanding hydraulic environments.
The strainer is equipped with a 1-1/2″ NPT inlet and 3″ NPT outlet, providing increased flow capacity for larger hydraulic systems while minimizing suction-line restriction. The larger port sizing makes the TF Series well suited for high-flow applications where maintaining unrestricted fluid flow is critical to pump performance. Installed directly in the pump suction circuit, it helps reduce the risk of premature pump wear, cavitation, and costly system damage by preventing large contaminants from circulating through the hydraulic system.
