The Zinga TF203000 is a TF Series hydraulic strainer with a 100 mesh standard screen and a flow rating of 53 gpm. A strainer of this type sits on the suction side of a hydraulic system and stops larger debris before it reaches the pump inlet.
Connections are a 3 in NPT male thread and a 2 in NPTF outlet port. NPTF is a dryseal pipe thread, made to seal on the threads themselves. A 3.06 in hex provides wrench flats for installation and removal.
Overall length is 8.8 in, with a fitting length of 1.6 in and a cover diameter of 3.2 in. Check those dimensions against the space available at your mounting point. Operating temperature is rated up to 250°F.
A 100 mesh screen has openings of roughly 149 microns. That makes the TF203000 a coarse barrier for large particles, which protects the pump from debris without the restriction a fine filter element would add on the suction line. It does not take the place of the finer pressure or return filtration in a circuit.
