The Zinga SE-10 is an SE Series spin-on filter element with 10 micron cellulose media. Cellulose works as a depth media, trapping particles throughout the thickness of the material rather than only on its surface. It screws onto a filter head and is replaced as a single unit once it has loaded with contaminant.
The element is 5.1 in in diameter and 6.9 in in overall height, with a 1-1/2-16 UN mounting thread. Match that thread to your filter head when ordering.
It is rated for 200 psi maximum operating pressure and 50 psid maximum differential pressure. Differential pressure is the drop across the media, and it rises as the element collects dirt. Operating temperature is rated up to +250°F.
The 10 micron cellulose grade sits between the finer 3 micron and coarser grades. It gives solid particle control for general hydraulic service while leaving the media enough capacity to run a reasonable interval between changes.
The specifications list petroleum based fluids. Replace the element when the pressure drop rises or at the service interval set for your equipment.
