Engineered for demanding hydraulic systems, the D05H Series high-flow subplate combines a rugged ductile iron body with corrosion-resistant nickel-plated steel ports to deliver long service life in harsh environments. Designed around the NFPA T3.5.1 D05 / ISO 4401-05 valve pattern, it provides a robust mounting pad for D05 directional control valves while maximizing flow capacity for faster actuator response and reduced pressure drop.
Side and bottom ported configurations with 3/4″ SAE (-12) female ports give you flexible plumbing options, simplifying hose routing in tight power units and manifold layouts. With a nominal flow rating of 25 gpm, these high-flow subplates support higher horsepower circuits and help prevent flow starvation in critical applications.
Optional integrated relief cavities accept common cavity or Sun-type relief valves, allowing you to build in main system relief or crossover relief protection right at the subplate. Dual tank ports further enhance circuit design flexibility, easing return line plumbing and reducing backpressure.
Precision-machined mounting faces ensure quick, leak-free valve installation and easy valve swaps, minimizing downtime during service or circuit changes.
