The Hyvair D03M-4F is a D03 manual lever valve, a compact 4-way, 3 position directional control valve shifted by hand. It has a detented spool and a steel body for hydraulic oil service. In the center position, P is blocked and both A and B connect to T.
The detent holds the spool in the position the operator selects. The lever stays put until it is moved again, so the function keeps running without the operator holding it. The center condition, with pressure blocked and both work ports open to tank, is known as a float center. It lets a connected cylinder or motor move freely under external force while the valve is centered.
The P, A and B ports are rated for 3,000 psi, and the T port is rated for 1,000 psi. Rated flow is 7 gpm at 3,000 psi and 10 gpm at 1,000 psi. Working temperature is 40 to 160 °F.
The valve mounts on a standard D03 subplate or manifold, sold separately. Manual control suits on-machine circuits where an operator needs direct, tactile control of a cylinder or motor. When sizing the circuit, keep tank line pressure within the 1,000 psi T port rating and match pump flow to the ratings above.
