The Hyvair Solenoid Operated Directional Valve D05S-2T-12D-35 is for hydraulic system builders, OEMs and maintenance technicians replacing or specifying manifold-mounted valves.
This Hyvair D03 solenoid operated directional valve, part number D05S-2T-12D-35, mounts on the NFPA D05 / ISO 4401-03 pattern and is rated to 5000 psi and 40 gpm. Two solenoids shift the spool in either direction, and springs return it to center, where P is open to A and B while T is blocked.
It runs on a 12 VDC coil wired into an electrical box with a terminal strip and indicator lights. The oil-immersed solenoid runs quietly, the Double Loop tank channels reduce pressure drop, and plug-in coils change out without disturbing wiring. Hyvair designs the valve for 30 million spool shifts, and a mounting bolt kit is included.
The tank port is rated to 3040 psi. The coil operates within 10.8-13.2 V. Coil holding power is 31 W. Recommended filtration is 25 micron. Fluid temperature range is 41 to 140 °F. Fluid viscosity range is 80 to 1400 SUS.
