The Hyvair Solenoid Operated Directional Valve D05SD-1A-24D-35 is for hydraulic system builders, OEMs and maintenance technicians replacing or specifying manifold-mounted valves.
This Hyvair D05 solenoid operated directional valve, part number D05SD-1A-24D-35, mounts on the NFPA D05 / ISO 4401-05 pattern and is rated to 5000 psi and 34.1 gpm. As a single solenoid, 2 position spring offset valve, it provides a P to A, B to T flow path, closed in transition.
It runs on a 24 VDC DIN coil, and the DIN 43650 / ISO 4400 connector is supplied. The oil-immersed solenoid runs quietly, twin tank channels reduce pressure drop, and plug-in coils change out without disturbing wiring. Hyvair designs the valve for 30 million spool shifts, and a mounting bolt kit is included.
The tank port is rated to 2320 psi. The coil operates within 21.6-26.4 V. Coil holding power is 31 W. Recommended filtration is 25 micron or finer. Fluid temperature range is 41 to 140 °F. Fluid viscosity range is 80 to 1400 SUS.
