The Hyvair D03M-2F is a D03 manual lever valve, a directional control valve that the operator shifts by hand. It is a 3 position, spring centered valve. In the center position, P is blocked and both A and B connect to T.
That center condition is often called a float center. With pressure blocked and both work ports open to tank, a cylinder or motor connected to A and B is free to move under external force when the lever is released. Pushing the lever one way or the other shifts the spool and sends flow to the selected work port. Releasing the lever lets the springs return the spool to center.
The P, A and B ports are rated for 3,000 psi, and the T port is rated for 1,000 psi. Flow capacity is 7 gpm at 3,000 psi and 10 gpm at 1,000 psi. Working temperature is 40 to 160 °F.
The valve uses the D03 (NG6) mounting pattern and installs on a D03 subplate or bar manifold. Mounting bolts and the subplate are separate items. Confirm that tank line pressure stays within the 1,000 psi T port rating, and size the circuit to the flow figures above.
