D03 Manual (Lever) Valve, part D03M-2F, is a compact D03/NG6-size manual directional control valve with a lever actuator and a three-position spring-center spool configured to dump A & B to T in neutral. It is rated for up to 3000 psi and commonly specified at 7 GPM (with higher flows possible at lower pressures), and is offered in Hyvair D03 series spool options for standard CETOP-style mounting—suitable for installation on subplates or bar manifolds.
The manual lever design gives simple, positive operator control for directional functions while the spring-centered A&B-to-T configuration provides a safe neutral dump of actuator lines, reducing drift and load-holding risks during neutral.
