The Hyvair D03M-2C is a D03 series manual lever actuated directional valve. It has 3 positions, is spring centered, and uses a P to T, A and B blocked spool function.
Shifting the lever moves the spool by hand and changes how the pressure, tank and work ports connect. When the operator lets go, springs bring the spool back to center. In the P to T, A and B blocked function, pump flow passes to tank while both work ports are closed, which holds the actuator ports shut and lets the pump unload to tank.
Rated flow is 7 gpm at 3,000 psi and 10 gpm at 1,000 psi. The P, A and B ports are rated to 3,000 psi. The T port has a lower rating of 1,000 psi, so tank line back pressure should be kept within that figure.
Working temperature is listed from 40°F to 160°F.
The D03 series designation defines the mounting size, so the valve installs on a D03 subplate or a D03 manifold station. Review the spool function against your circuit before ordering, because it determines what the circuit does when the lever is released.
